About the Role:
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Roosters , you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure operations run smoothly and meet our high standards for service and food quality. This position is multi-unit, meaning you will have oversight of multiple brands. The restaurants involved are Sunday's Best, Uinta Brewery, Monarca, Einstein Bagels, and Thirst.
