Western National Property Management is looking to fill a Porter/Groundskeeper position at Center Pointe Villas Apartment Homes, a 240-unit community located in Norwalk, CA.

Your Part:
As a Porter or Groundskeeper, we know you're already skilled in some level of custodian or janitorial experience from working in an office environment, hotel, or even multifamily. You are detailed and care a lot about your work, and you love getting your hands dirty because that means you're cleaning!
This position is offering $19.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses, plus benefits!

You have hands on experience in custodial or janitorial services. You take pride in your work, and you communicate and interact very well with your team members and your residents. You know what's important and how to get a job done quickly. You have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
