Floworks is building autonomous AI sales reps that handle SDR work end-to-end — from account research and hyper-personalized outreach to identifying high-intent prospects and running LinkedIn campaigns.
Now, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to help us expand our US presence.
What you’ll do:
* Own and build your outbound pipeline
* Research, source, qualify, and engage B2B prospects
* Run personalized email + LinkedIn outreach using Floworks AI
* Book and qualify discovery calls and product demos
* Experiment with messaging, targeting, and outbound strategies
* Work closely with our founders and directly contribute to our sales playbook
What we’re looking for:
* Highly curious, driven, and resilient
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable with rejection and motivated by results
* Able to move quickly and iterate based on data
* Based in the US and available full-time during US business hours
Bonus points if you have:
* Previous startup or sales experience
* Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or modern sales tools
* An interest in AI, LLMs, and productivity technology
